I am surprised how many people don’t use shortcuts when typing on their keyboard.
Shortcuts allow you to type in a few letters, or numbers or characters, which then types out a word, series of words, or paragraph. This is especially helpful if you type in words or phrases quite often.
For example: when I type in the letters “hb” on my keyboard, the phrase “Wishing you fun & surprises. Happy Birthday” automatically types out.
Also, when I type “icc” into the keyboard, “iCircle Tech” types out.
…and, when I type in “2222” into the keyboard, my phone number types out.
I have dozens of shortcuts that I use regularly.
If you find yourself typing the same words, or series of words, or paragraphs, on a regular basis, you should consider using shortcuts.
It’ll save you time, and probably lots of aggravation.
Setting up your shortcuts is easy.
